Shipt to Launch Same-day Delivery in New Jersey 

Membership-based service expands with Morton Williams Supermarket and Target on the East Coast to offer same-day delivery for New Jersey residents

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. , July 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shipt, a leading online marketplace, today announced it will begin same-day delivery of more than 55,000 groceries, essentials, home, electronics, toys and other products to select New Jersey metro areas. Delivery from Target stores will begin in each of the following twelve metro areas, with an additional option for delivery from Morton Williams Supermarket in select metros:

• Atlantic City, East Brunswick, Mercer County, Monmouth County, Tom's River and Vineland, New Jersey: Target delivery will begin July 26.
• Hackettstown, Morristown and North Jersey, New Jersey: Target delivery will begin August 2.
• Edison, Jersey City and Newark, New Jersey: Target delivery will begin August 2; Morton Williams delivery will begin August 9.

This marks Shipt’s inaugural launch in New Jersey, giving more than 2.6 million households across the state access to products delivered by Shipt Shoppers in as little as one hour. To celebrate the announcement, new Shipt members in New Jersey who sign up before August 9 will receive an annual membership for $49 (regularly $99).
