The sunny spring weekend is here and it’s time to get your friends over and feed them. However, you want to spend most of your time hanging out instead of cooking. Seafood is often a great way to cook delicious food without taking too much time and these peri-peri prawns are a great way to start. The prawns are light, but with a rich and spicy sauce, will make everybody feel satisfied and happy.

Suggestions for your peri-peri prawns

You can easily prepare this dish in your kitchen, but if you have guests and beautiful weather outside, a gas bottle and camping skillet works great. The peri-peri sauce is easily made during the week as it has to rest so the flavours meld together. You can also add green peppers and onions to the prawns for some colour. You can make it as spicy or as hot as your guests want it too.

Enjoy great food and outdoor cooking with this simple peri-peri prawns recipe. A great meal for those weekend feasts with friends.
