Seafood Ring recipe as seen on GDC

Seafood Ring recipe:

(Prepare 1 day in advance)

Ingredients:

- 1-10 oz can cream of mushroom soup

- 6 oz. cream cheese (softened)

- 2 tbs. unflavored gelatin

- 6 tbs. dry white wine

- 1 cup finely chopped green onion

- 1 cup finely chopped celery

- 1 pound white crab meat

- 1 pound small boiled shrimp (peeled)

- 1 pound cooked crawfish tails

- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

- 2 tsp. salt

- 2 tbs. lemon juice

- 2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

- 1 cup sliced stuffed olives

Procedure:

- In the top of a double boiler warm soup, add cream cheese and whisk until well blended

- Dissolve gelatin in white wine add to cheese and soup mixture, mix well and remove from heat

- Add remaining ingredients and pour into a well-greased bundt cake pan

- Cover with film wrap and refrigerate overnight

- When ready to serve, remove film wrap, loosen mold with a thin blade knife - cover bundt pan with your favorite round serving plate - turn over and wait for mold to drop. Sometimes it may take a couple of minutes

- Garnish with greenleaf lettuce and sliced stuffed olives - serve with toast rounds or crackers

Serves about 12.
