Two videos caught two different angles of the moment a restaurant owner snatched a plate of food from an employee and 'pushed' her during a heated dispute over an $8 order.

Markus Moultrie, a customer at Doos Seafood in Georgia, recorded the argument and posted it to Facebook on Friday.

Restaurant employee, Junea Turner, and her boss are seen in the videos arguing behind the cash register.

According to Moultrie, there had been a mix-up about who was most at fault for an incorrect order.

'No ma'am, you don't need to pay for it,' Moultrie tells Turner. 'She needs to pay for it. You made the mistake,' he's heard saying to the employee standing next to her.

Moultrie told CBS 46 that the owner had told Turner that a refund for $8 would be coming out of her paycheck, and if she didn't like it, she would be fired.

'He pushed me and I went backwards like this, and I had to grab the other employees so I didn't fall down,' Turner told CBS.

An employee who witnessed Friday's incident told the station that the owner did not touch Turner until at least 30 minutes after telling her to leave the restaurant.

Turner's shift was over at 4pm, but she was still inside the restaurant at nearly 4.27pm.

Surveillance footage shows that Turner is never actually struck by the man, but she is pushed.

The Gwinnett County police were called to the scene where they spoke to witnesses and watched the videos.

After their brief investigation, they decided the physical contact was not enough to arrest the owner.

However, they told Turner that if she wanted to press charges, she should go to the courthouse and get a warrant herself.
